ValueKnow Aerospace provides online aerospace-engineering video courses, lesson insights and quizzes at aerospace.valueknow.com. The 15-course yearly plan is $45; the Courses + Industry Guidance programme is $599 (single payment).
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal; sharing access with non-subscribers may lead to suspension.
The 15-course plan costs $45 per year and renews annually unless cancelled. The Courses + Industry Guidance programme costs $599 as a single payment. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe under their terms. You may cancel the yearly plan at any time by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period. As an EU consumer you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the first payment, except after full consumption of the digital content with your prior consent.
If something is wrong with the service, contact us first — we aim to resolve issues and will refund recent payments where fair. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Videos, texts and quizzes are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. Downloading, redistributing, recording or reselling the content is not permitted. Course material is for educational purposes and does not substitute certified aviation training.
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury.
